I'm in the clinic on Tuesday, Thursday, and alternating Fridays.
Please feel free to call me with ANY questions or concerns you have
reguarding your child's health.
HELPFUL INFORMATION
* Keep your child home if:
- Temperature is 100 or higher.
- Child has vomited during the last 24 hours.
- Child has just been started on antibiotics (allow 24 hrs for medication to kick in).
- Your child will be sent home with any of the above illness so PLEASE make sure your emergency card information is up to date and have a local contact person if possible to pick up your child in the event you can not!!
** All medication (including cough drops and other over the counter medications) must be kept in the clinic with a medication permission form on file. Permission forms are in the clinic.
**** Parents must drop off all prescription and controlled medications****
